Please note that because Belly Monster retreats are limited to a small number of attendees (30-40), to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.


  • Hold deposits are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by the original attendee.

  •  For attendees paying in two payments, the remaining balance will be auto-deducted on April 1, 2023, unless otherwise noted. Please contact Jenny at for any special considerations with payment. 

  • Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of the retreat date, 50% of the total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.

  • Within 14 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds are given, no exceptions.

  • Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur. Please reach out to Amy or Jenny regarding any unexpected events.  If possible we can help transfer your spot to another person who was waitlisted.​


Please note that if the retreat space requires covid precautions we follow what they have established.  We will provide tests to those who have symptoms and any who would like to test. If you test positive please let us know and we will discuss case by case what we can do in terms of reimbursement. All attendees will agree to adhere to any covid regulations in place of the location where the retreat is held.
