Peaceful Presence is an 8-week course that helps you develop tools to reduce symptoms getting in the way of your inner peace. We cannot control our jobs, families, or world problems, but we can learn how to give our nervous system moments of peace in order to prevent long-term illness. As highlighted in Dr. Gabor Mate’s 'The Body Says No', the physiology of stress impacts our bodies when we lose the competence to recognize its signals. In this program, we will slow things down, get curious together, and learn how to find pockets of peace in order to prevent long-term damage due to chronic stress, depression, or anxiety. Led by an expert in trauma and healing, this program offers a somatic and intuitive path to wellness.
