Service Description

We will look into your here-and-now stressors and situations and help you better understand how to move forward, all while acknowledging any trauma energy in the mix. I will use a mixture of compassion inquiry, connection to higher selves, somatic healing, and more during the session. Guidance cards will be utilized depending on the focus in the session.
